degesch: enable and use bracketed paste mode

urxvt, xterm and maybe others support quoting text pasted by the user
from clipboard, which prevents leading tabs from changing into
highlights.

The handling isn't perfect so far, just wrong in a different way, as
we mishandle newlines.
