Newer tmux versions have even more custom terminfo capabilities that can be tested:

• "setal" and "ol" for mintty underline colour (see terminfo.src)
• "Dsfcs" and "Enfcs" for focus in/out reporting (DEC mode 1004)
• "Dsbp" and "Enbp" for bracketed paste (DEC mode 2004)

Sadly the Sync capability (DSC '=' '1'/'2' 's' ST) is not understood by tmux itself, so I can't reasonably use it for degesch.
