My visual system is not a fan of anything white on black (the first level is

What _I_ am not a fan of is deciphering text that is grey on white. The
implication so far is that I normally want everything to be deep black on white.
Meanwhile, designers seem to have decided that the computer monitors of today
have too much contrast, and just about everything requires manual adjustment
to set it straight. How wonderful that I can buck this miserable trend.

So I normally want everything to be deep black on white. Meanwhile, designers
of the world seem to have decided that the computer monitors of today have too
much contrast, and just about everything requires manual adjustment to set it
straight. How wonderful it is that I can buck this miserable trend.
Regardless, it would be a good idea to add support for full customisation,
if only because there's no universal way of learning the system's accent colour.
